PlutoSemi Co., Ltd. was found in March 2019, which is a professional semiconductor wafers products and solution provider, and we committed to provide customers with perfect semiconductor materials and solutions for global semiconductor companies, colleges, universities and research institutes. Our head office is located in Guangdong Financial High-tech Zone, Foshan City, Guangdong province, and there three factories, witch one is located in Jiangmen City, one is located in Quzhou City, and the last is new factory located in Gaoming District, Foshan City.

PlutoSemi passed through ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO14001:2015 environment management system, ISO45001:2018 occupational health management system, RoHS and REACH. Meanwhile, we achieved more than 20 patents regarding to silicon polished wafers and glass polished wafers.

The products as below:

1) Silicon Wafers: Polished Silicon Wafer, EPI Wafers, SOI Wafers and oxide Wafers. The production capacity is 80,000pcs/Month (equivalent 6 inch).

2) Glass Wafers: Crystal Quartz Wafer, Fused Silica Wafers, Fused Quartz Wafers, Borofloat33 Wafers, Corning 7980, Coring Eagle XG.

The production capacity is 30,000pcs/Month (equivalent 6 inch)

3) Compound Wafers: Sapphire Wafers, Silicon Carbide(SiC) and Gallium Arsenide(GaAs), LiNbO3 wafers, LiTaO3 wafers.
